In this article, you’ll learn how to manage your own performance goals in HybridHero making it easy to track progress, stay aligned with company goals, and maintain clear performance records.
Users can create, view and update their own performance goals
- Login to your HybridHero account
- Go to the Performance Management tab.
- Click the dropdown to toggle between My Performance and any assigned users if applicable.
- Add a new goal by clicking the + Add button.
- Fill in goal details like:
- Goal name
- Description
- Due date
- Progress/Status
- Click to save changes.
You can always return to edit or update the progress of your goals.
