In this article, you’ll learn how to manage performance goals in HybridHero for your Direct Report as a Manager or HR admin making it easy to track progress, stay aligned with company goals, and maintain clear performance records.
Managers and HR admins can view, add, and edit performance goals for any user in the organization. Below are the steps to update the information and track it for Direct Reports
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Go to the Performance Management tab.
- Use the Viewing dropdown to select the user you wish to manage.
- View existing goals and their progress.
- Click + Add to create new goals or select existing ones to edit or update.
- Enter/update all relevant goal fields.
- Save changes and you're all set.
This allows HR and Managers to support performance tracking, hold reviews, and keep records organized.
