Manager - Setting up 1-1 between my reportee and me

This article explains how HR Admins and HR Managers can add, schedule, review, and manage 1:1 (one-on-one) meeting data in HybridHero. These meetings are typically scheduled after employees submit their goals, ensuring focused and meaningful appraisal discussions.

1:1 data helps HR teams track conversations, monitor completion status, and maintain consistency in the appraisal process.

Steps to Add and Manage 1:1 Data

• Log in to your HybridHero account.

• Go to the People tab.

• Navigate to Performance Management.

• Select the relevant appraisal cycle.

  

• After the employee submits their goals, open the 1:1 section.

• Click Add (+) a 1:1.

  

• Enter the Schedule, Revised Schedule, Completed On, Assigned to.

• Enter Status - Upcoming, Due, Overdue, Completed or Missed. 

• Review the details and click Save.

  1:1 Status Options

• Each 1:1 meeting must be assigned a status to clearly reflect its current state:

• Upcoming – The 1:1 meeting is scheduled for a future date.

• Due – The meeting is scheduled for today or requires immediate attention.

• Overdue – The scheduled date has passed, and the meeting has not been completed.

• Missed – The meeting did not take place as scheduled.

• Completed - Confirms the meeting has taken place

• These standardized statuses give HR Admins and HR Managers a clear overview of pending and completed discussions.

  Color-Coded Status Indicators

• Each status is visually identified using colors, making it easy to understand at a glance:

• Upcoming – Grey

• Due – Green

• Overdue – Orange

• Missed – Red

• Held on time (meeting was completed on the originally scheduled date) – Blue

• Held delayed (meeting was completed after the scheduled date) – Dark Blue

• These color indicators help you quickly spot meetings that need attention.
