This article explains how HR Admins and HR Managers can create, review, and manage Goal Data within HybridHero to ensure a structured, transparent, and consistent appraisal process.
Steps to Add Goal Data
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to the People tab.
Navigate to Performance Management (last section).
Select the relevant appraisal cycle.

From the Viewing tab select ''Team performance''

In the Goal section, click Add (+) Goal.

Enter the required details:
Title (short and clear description of the goal)
Objective (This will be the objective which was set for the employee in appraisal)
Target Date (The planned completion date of the goal)
Revised Target Date (if applicable - you can update this field with a new expected completion date)
Achieved Date (The actual date when the goal is completed)
Status (Achieved, On Track, Not on Track, At Risk)
Add a description to provide additional context (optional).
Employees will also have the option to add comments from their end.

Click Save to record the goal.
Goal Status Options
Each goal must be updated with a status to reflect its current progress:
Achieved – The goal has been successfully completed.
On Track – Progress is as planned and expected to be completed on time.
Not On Track – The goal is delayed or facing challenges.
At Risk – Significant risks or blockers may prevent completion.

Updating the status regularly ensures accurate tracking and better appraisal discussions.
