How to login to HybridHero?

Step by Step guide: For Standard Login

1. Enter your Company email address in the space provided as shown in the following screenshot and click Continue.

2. The following page will be displayed where in you’ve to enter your password and then click on the Sign in button.

3. After entering the password, it allows you to login and land on the Dashboard page.

Congratulations! You have successfully logged in to your account using the standard login method.

1. New User Not Added

If you are a new user and unable to log in and get an error - "The username you provided is not recognised. Please check your username and try again" it’s possible that your account has not yet been created in HybridHero.

• Please contact your organization’s admin to request access.
• If you are unsure who your admin is, reach out to the HybridHero Support Team for assistance.

2. Incorrect Credentials

• Double-check your email ID and password.
• Ensure there are no typing errors or extra spaces.

3. Browser Issues
