This article explains how you, as a reportee (employee), can complete your self-appraisal in HybridHero and submit it for your manager’s review.
During self-appraisal, you are required to review the objectives/KPIs assigned to your role, provide a rating for each objective, and add comments to justify your score. This ensures your performance is clearly documented and accurately represented during the appraisal process.

Steps to Fill Out and Submit Your Appraisal
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to the People tab.
Navigate to Performance Management (last section).

Ensure the viewing option at the bottom of the page is set to My/User Performance.
Scroll down to the Performance Appraisal(s) tile (bottom-left corner).
You will see a list of your appraisal forms along with their due dates.

Click on the appraisal that is due to open it.

Rating Your Objectives
Once the appraisal form opens, you will see the objectives/KPIs that were defined by your HR Admin during the appraisal setup.
For each objective:
Click the dropdown menu.
Select your rating score.

Add comments to justify or explain your rating (include achievements, metrics, challenges, or outcomes).
Click the play button next to the text field to submit the rating and comments for that specific objective.

Repeat these steps for all objectives listed in the appraisal form.

Saving and Submitting Your Appraisal
You can click Save at any time to store your progress and return later.

Once all objectives are completed, click Submit to send your self-appraisal to your manager for review.

After submission:
Your manager will review your ratings and comments.

Once the appraisal process is finalized, you will be able to view:
Your manager’s comments

The final appraisal scores
