Manager - Reviewing, completing and submitting my reportee's appraisal

This article explains how you, as a manager, can review, evaluate, and finalize performance appraisals submitted by your direct reports in HybridHero.

As part of the appraisal process, you are responsible for reviewing the employee’s self-ratings and comments, assigning your own scores, adding feedback, and submitting the final evaluation for the appraisal cycle.

Steps to Review and Complete Appraisals

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. Go to the People tab.

3. Navigate to Performance Management (last section).

4. Under the Viewing option, select Team Performance.

   

5. Scroll down to the Performance Appraisal(s) tile at the bottom of the page.

6. You will see a list of appraisals submitted by your direct reports.

7. Identify employees where the User Submitted field is marked “Yes.”

8. Scroll right and click the pencil icon to open and review the appraisal.

   Adding Manager Scores and Comments

9. Once the appraisal form opens:

10. Review the ratings and comments submitted by the employee for each objective.

11. Verify the employee’s self-rating.

12. Enter your manager rating for each objective.

13. Add manager comments to justify or explain the final score.

14. Click the Play button next to each section to save your responses.

15. Repeat this process for all objectives listed in the appraisal.

16. You may click Save at any time to store your progress and return later.

Submitting the Appraisal

Once all sections are reviewed and completed:

• Click Submit to finalize the appraisal process.

After submission:

• Your inputs become visible to the employee.

• The employee can view:

  • Your comments

  • The final scores assigned.
