The HybridHero Dashboard is your one-stop place to manage your weekly schedule—whether you're working from the office, remotely, or planning time off. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to make bookings using the Quick Book feature and explain the different types of bookings you can make.
Whether you're planning a week in the office, taking a vacation, or working remotely, knowing how to set your status correctly ensures smooth coordination with everyone.
How to Make a Booking from the Dashboard
Step-by-step guide:
Login to your HybridHero account.
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll land directly on the Dashboard.Click on “Quick Book” from the Dashboard.
This is the fastest way to set your schedule for the day or the week.- A Quick Book panel will appear on the right side of your screen.

Choose your time range – you can book for just a day or an entire week.
If you select the week option, make sure to set the correct date range.

Select your booking type for each day. Available options include:
Desk – for working from the office
Remote – if you're working from home or another remote location
Sick – when you're taking a sick day
Vacation – for planned time off

Out of Office – for other non-working days (e.g., public holidays, personal time)
These options can be customized by administrators in accordance with company policies.
- Apply your selections across the days of the week as needed.
- Once everything looks good, click “Save” to confirm your bookings.
Important Notes
- The booking types you see under Week Booking depend on your company's configuration in Company Settings.
- In-Office and Remote are considered working status types—these cannot be modified by admins.

Out of Office
Sick
Vacation
- Leave types like Sick and Vacation will appear only if enabled by your Admins in the settings.
