Mobile App: Booking a Parking Space

In this article we will Learn how to book a parking space using mobile app. HybridHero makes it easy to pre-book a parking space and save time searching for a free spot. You can book a parking space from the mobile app from the Floor Plan tab or the Book tab.

Floorplan Tab

1. Tap Floor Plan from the navigation bar to see the floor schedule for your default location.
2. If necessary, adjust the location, date and start/end times for the booking.
3. To adjust the zoom level of the floor Schedule, you can utilize the pinch gesture.
4. The availability of parking spaces, desks, and other resources is represented using a colored key system:

• Green: Available
• Orange: Available by request​
• Red: Unavailable​
• Grey: Booked

• Blue: Booked by me

  

5. Tap on any asset to view further details

   

6. If necessary, adjust the details of the booking and click on Book to confirm.

Book Tab

1. Tap Book from the navigation bar.
2. Select Parking from the dropdown list
3. The number of available parking spaces for each day is shown in Green on the calendar.
4. To view availability for another location or date/time, simply adjust the selections above the calendar.

5. To make a booking, Tap the date.

   

   

6. If necessary, adjust the details of the booking and click on Book to confirm.
