In this article, we’ll walk you through how to make an In-Office booking for the days you're working from the office using HybridHero. Marking yourself as in-office ensures visibility across teams, assists managers with planning, and helps maintain an accurate record of hybrid work patterns.
Note: For an In-Office booking, you don’t need to reserve any assets (like a desk or room). Your presence will still reflect in the system and will count towards in-office adherence policies, especially useful when no assets are available to book.
Step-by-Step guide: For In-Office Booking
- Log in to https://app2.hybridhero.com.
- Click on the Quick Book button located at the top right corner of the screen.
- By default, the screen will prompt you to make a booking for a Workspace (desk)
- Tap the dropdown list showing Workspace and select your booking type In-Office
- Select the required day and confirm the start and end time
- Click on Save to confirm
Once confirmed, your In Office booking will appear on your Dashboard calendar.
