In this article, we will learn about the Check-in Dashboard. The Check-in Dashboard provides user information for the current day’s bookings and allows authorized users to check in bookings on behalf of other users.

Note:

• This feature is available only to Admins, Facility Managers, and Team Managers.

• The Check-in Dashboard will only be visible once the desk configuration is set to Manual Check-in.

• The dashboard displays bookings for the current day only

How to Check-in on Behalf of Other Users

1. Log in to HybridHero.

2. Click on the third tab from the dashboard, the Check-in Dashboard will be visible.

3. By default, the dashboard will display bookings for your primary team and default location.

   

4. To view bookings for other users, select the team from the Team filter.

   • Only one team can be selected at a time.

5. After selecting the team, choose the location (floor) from the Location picker.

6. The dashboard will then display bookings for users in the selected team and selected location

   

7. You can use the Search option to find users by their Display Name.

   

8. The dashboard will only show bookings for the current day and bookings that are eligible for check-in based on the configured early check-in limit and the location’s time zone. 

9. The following bookings will not appear on the dashboard:

• Bookings that have already checked-in

• Bookings that have Expired

• Bookings that have cancelled 

10. To check in a booking on behalf of a user, click the Check-in button next to the booking.

    

11. To check in all eligible bookings at once, click the Check-in All button.

    

Access

Admin & Facility Manager

• Can view and filter all teams and users.

• Can perform check-ins for any team.

• Can filter locations.

Team Manager

• Can only view and filter their primary team and the teams they manage in the team dropdown.

• Cannot select teams outside their managed teams.

• Can filter locations.

The Check-in Dashboard helps authorized users efficiently manage and perform check-ins for user bookings.
