Mobile App: How to Book a Meeting room?

Need to find and book a space for your next team huddle, brainstorming session, or client presentation? The HybridHero mobile app makes it simple to find and reserve the perfect meeting room in just a few taps.

Steps to book from Book tab:

1. Log in to the HybridHero mobile app with your credentials.
2. From the home screen, tap the Book tab, usually found at the bottom.

3. The screen will likely default to booking a Desk. Tap on it and change the selection to Room.

   

4. Make sure you have the correct office location or floor selected for your booking.

5. You will see a calendar, the number under each date shows how many rooms are available. Tap on the date you need.

   

6. After selecting a date, a list of available rooms will appear. Tap on the room you would like to book and click on continue.

   

7. Finally, enter the meeting title, add the participants, and adjust the time if needed. Click Book to complete the booking.

Your meeting room is now reserved, and all invited participants will receive a notification making collaboration smooth and seamless.
