Step By Step guide: To Book From Floor Plan Tab
- Tap Floor Plan from the navigation bar to see the floor plan for your default location.

If necessary, adjust the location, date and start/end times for the booking.
- To adjust the zoom level of the floor plan, pinch the screen to zoom in or out.
- The availability of desks, meeting rooms, and other resources is represented using a colored key system:
- Green: Available
- Orange: Available by request
- Red: Booked by Someone
- Grey: Unavailable to Book

Blue: Booked by me
- Tap on any resource to view further details.
- To make a booking, tap on an asset that is either Available or Available by request.
- If necessary, adjust the details of the booking and click on Book to confirm.
At the bottom-right corner of the screen, you’ll find three helpful options for booking: Schedule My Team, Filters, and Key. For more details, refer to the article – Floorplan Overview
Step by Step guide: To Book from Book Tab
- Tap Book from the navigation bar
- To see the available desks for your default desk in the current month.

To view availability for another location or date/time, simply adjust the selections above the calendar.

To make a booking, tap the date.

If necessary, adjust the details of the booking like booking time and desk number and click on Book to confirm.
Once booked, your desk reservation will appear on your home screen under upcoming bookings. This helps you stay organized and ensures you have a workspace reserved for your selected date and time.
