This article explains how users can book desks in HybridHero for either a single day or a full week. It shows how to use the Quick Book option to easily select your dates and complete your booking in just a few steps.
Whether you're planning for today or the entire week, this guide helps you get it done quickly and smoothly.
Day Booking
Here are the steps to make a Day booking:
- Log in to HybridHero account.
- Go to the Dashboard and click on the Quick Book button located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Set your preferred date and time.
This will bring up the day booking screen, where you can either reserve a desk, room or parking for your preferred date and time.
Week Booking
Here are the steps to make a booking for a week:
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click on the Quick Book button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Click on the Week option on the top. This will bring up the week booking screen with for the current week with options of in office booking, Remote booking Sick leave reporting or vacation planning for any day of the week.
- Click on the check boxes against each date to proceed with booking.
- You can also change the desk selection for the entire week
- After marking the necessary bookings, click on the Save button to save your bookings successfully.
Note:
- If you wish to make a booking for the coming weeks, click on the “>” button near the date to navigate to the next week.
You can book up to 4 weeks in the Quick Book week panel.
If your book ahead setting is limited to a specific number of days, you will only be able to select dates within that range. The system will not allow you to save bookings beyond this limit.
- When you click on the in-office booking the default desk which is configured in your settings will be automatically selected. If there is no default desk setup in your settings, you will be automatically assigned to an available desk.
Using the Quick Booking feature simplifies your planning whether you’re booking for just one day or managing your entire week at once. It’s designed to save you time, reduce clicks, and help you stay organized with your in-office, remote, or leave schedules.
