Mobile App: How to Contact Support for Help and Troubleshooting

If you're experiencing any issues or need assistance while using the HybridHero mobile app, help is just a few taps away. This article outlines how you can quickly reach our support team from within the app.

Before logging in

1. Open your HybridHero Application
2. Tap on Sign-in or Sign-in With PIN Option
3. Tap on the messaging widget located at the bottom left corner

4. You are successfully connected to HybridHero Support

   

   TIP: You can also move the widget

After logging in 

1. Login to your HybridHero Application
2. Tap on the Gear icon shown on the top right corner of home screen
3. Tap on Help & Troubleshooting options

4. You can also tap on the messaging widget located at the bottom left corner

   

Once you are connected via chat you will get a response from our support agents within a minute. Hope the steps are simple and clear.
