Mobile App: How to reset your password

 Step-by-Step Guide: To Reset Your Password

1. Enter your Email and click on Continue
2. Click on the Forgot Password option on Login page

3. On the next page, enter your Email associated with your account, then click Submit.

4. Check your inbox for an email from HybridHero containing a Password reset link.
5. Click the link in the email, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.
6. Choose a strong new password, confirm and click Save.

7. Return to the HybridHero app and log in with your new password

    

For SSO (Single Sign-On) Users

If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-On) for HybridHero login. You won’t be able to reset your password through the app. Please contact your company’s IT department or support team for assistance. They will guide you through the correct process to update your company login credentials.
