Steps to Submit Feedback via the Mobile App:
Log in to your HybridHero account from the mobile app.

Tap the Settings (gear icon) at the top right corner of the screen.
Select the Feedback section.
You’ll be taken to an email drafting screen pre-addressed to our support team.

Type in your message—this could be:
Enhancement suggestions
General feedback or user experience comments
Bug reports or technical issues
Note: If you're reporting an issue, please include your device model and operating system version (e.g., iPhone 13, iOS 17.5). This helps us investigate and resolve the issue more effectively.
Once you hit Send, your feedback is delivered directly to the HybridHero support team.
You have now completed submitting your feedback. You’ll receive a reply via email from the team to acknowledge or follow up on your message.
