Mobile App: How to set up or change your PIN

This article describes how to setup PIN in order to login to Hybridhero mobile app. Setting up a PIN provides a faster and more secure way to access the app without entering your email and password each time. It simplifies the login process while maintaining security, especially for users frequently accessing the app on the go.

Step-by-step Guide: To Set up a PIN

1. Log in to your HybridHero account,
2. After logging in, you’ll be prompted to set up a PIN.
3. Enter a 4-digit PIN, then confirm it.
4. Your PIN is now set up and ready to use for future logins.

Forgot your PIN? Select Use Email & Password on the login screen to access your account.

Step-by-Step guide: To change the PIN

1. Log in to your HybridHero account
2. From the Home tab, tap the Settings icon located in the top-right corner.

3. On the Settings page, select the Set Up PIN option.

4. Enter and confirm your new 4-digit PIN.

Your PIN has been successfully updated! Now you can use this PIN while you login instead of password.
