Analytics: Overview section

This article will help you understand what the Overview section is under the Analytics tab in HybridHero.

The Overview section provides a high-level summary of key data giving you quick insights across desks, rooms, parking, attendance, and utilization report all in one place. This is essential for monitoring usage, improving office planning, and supporting informed decisions.

Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.

Step-by-Step: How to Access the Overview Section

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Go to the Analytics tab from the left menu.
3. Click on the Overview section from the menu bar

3. Apply the available filters to customize the data based on your needs. You can filter by options such as:

• Location
• Team
• Date

4. The Overview section displays the following metrics, which can also be downloaded:

• Active Users, Desks, Meeting Rooms & Parking Spaces
• Daily and Weekly Attendance Trends
• Utilization report of assets
• In-office and Outside Policy Adherence and much more

5. To download the report, click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the metrics panel.
6. Choose your download format:

• Download as CSV
• Download as Excel

 For some metrics, you will have options such as:

• PDF
• Excel
• Google Sheet
• Print
• Email

Click on the selected option and your file will begin downloading automatically.

Accessing the Overview section provides a quick snapshot of key metrics, helping you monitor attendance, asset usage, and policy adherence enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.
