This article will help you understand what the Room Utilization section is under the Analytics tab in HybridHero.
The Meeting Room section provides a high-level summary of key data giving you quick insights across Rooms utilization report all in one place. This is essential for monitoring usage, improving office planning, and supporting informed decisions.
Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.
Step-by-Step: How to Access the Room Utilization Section
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Go to the Analytics tab from the left menu.
- Click on the Room Utilization Overview section
- Apply the available filters to customize the data based on your needs. You can filter by options such as:
- Location
- Team
- Date
- The Room Utilization section displays the following metrics, which can also be downloaded:
- Active Rooms
- Total Bookings
- Missed Bookings
- No-Show Rate
- Daily and Weekly Average Bookings
- Utilized in working hours
- Utilization Percentage During Working Hours
- Utilization by Days of the Week (%)
- Utilization by Team
- Room Bookings by Number of Attendees
- To download the report, click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the metrics panel.
- Choose your download format:
- Download as CSV
- Download as Excel
For some metrics, you will have options such as:
- Excel
- Google Sheet
Click on the selected option and your file will begin downloading automatically.
