Today's report section

In this article, we will learn about how to keep track of daily activity in a hybrid workspace. It can be tricky especially when you're juggling desks, meeting rooms, parking spots, and who's on-site. That’s where HybridHero’s Today’s Report section comes in.

Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.
 

Step-by-Step: How to access Today's Report Section

1. Log in to your HybridHero account
2. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard
3. Click on the Analytics tab on the right side of the screen

4. Select the Today's Report tab from the top menu bar. In the Today's Report section, you can:

• Download reports globally or by specific location
• See data on active desks, meeting rooms, and parking spots
• Access booking reports to track usage
• Review the Who’s In / Who’s Out report to monitor attendance

5. You can filter data by to customize the data accordingly:

• Location
• Team

6. You can download reports for:

• Active Desks Report
• Meeting Room Report
• Parking Spot Report
• Desk & Room Booking Details
• Who’s In / Who’s Out Attendance Report 

Today's report gives a quick snapshot of workplace usage across one or multiple locations and teams making it easier to manage spaces, stay informed, and plan ahead with confidence.
