Parking utilization section

This guide will help you understand the Parking Utilization section under the Analytics tab in HybridHero. With the Parking Utilization report, admins and workplace managers can gain valuable insights into how parking spots are being booked and used.

Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section

Step-by-Step: Accessing the Parking Utilization Report

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Go to the Analytics tab from the left menu.
3. Select the Parking Utilization section from top menu bar

4. Apply the filters as required to narrow down the data such as:

• Location
• Team
• Date range

5. The Parking Utilization section displays key metrics, why this is useful:

• Track how often parking spaces are booked vs. actually used
• Identify underutilized or frequently overbooked spaces
• Optimize parking availability for better employee experience
• Support cost-saving decisions by resizing or repurposing space
• Make informed choices across one or multiple office locations

6. To download the report, click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the metrics panel.
7. Choose your download format:

• Download as CSV
• Download as Excel

Some metrics will offer additional download formats such as:

• Download as PNG
• Download as PDF
• Download as Google Sheets

Click on the selected option and your file will begin downloading automatically. Reviewing the Parking Utilization report admins can ensure that parking resources are being used effectively.
