Setting a minimum number of days in the office per week is an important feature for organizations managing hybrid work models. This article provides step-by-step guidance on how to configure this policy at organization level using HybridHero.

You may set the minimum days when an employee needs to report to the office. Kindly follow the below steps for configuring it
- Go to General Settings under Company Settings Tab
- Select Company Settings and Scroll down to Minimum days in office per week.
- Enter the number of days from 1-5 and click on Save.
By saving this configuration a minimum days bar will be available for all users on their Dashboard page, which will indicate if their in-office policy is fulfilled correctly.
