In this article, you’ll learn how to enable QR Check-In in HybridHero, helping your organization manage space usage more efficiently while ensuring secure and verified bookings.
QR Check-In allows employees or users to quickly confirm their presence at a booked desk, room, or parking space by scanning a QR code, reducing no-shows and improving accountability.
Steps to Enable QR Check-In
- Go to General Settings under Company Settings Tab
- Select Company Settings and Scroll down to QR Check-in option.
- Tick both the options as shown below:
- Click on Save to apply changes!
Once enabled, users will be prompted to check in using QR codes at the booked location.
