In this article, you’ll learn how to control who can view booking history in HybridHero, helping you protect user privacy and align with your company’s data access policies.
By default, users may be able to view booking history, but HybridHero gives admins the option to restrict this visibility.
Steps to Restrict Booking History Access
To control who can view booking history:
- Go to Company Settings
- From the sidebar, click on Company Settings.
- Select General Settings
- Under Company Settings, choose General Settings.
- Locate the Booking History Setting
- Look for the option:
“Only admins can see user booking history”
- Look for the option:
- Toggle the Option
- Enable this setting to ensure only admins can view booking history.
- If disabled, regular users may be able to view their own or others’ history (depending on your organization’s permissions).
- Save Changes
- Click Save Changes to apply the restriction.
Once it is configured, this will restrict the users from viewing their booking history and only an admin will be able to view it.
