The In-Office Policy section helps you keep track of how many days you’re expected to work from the office each week—and how many you’ve already booked. This ensures you’re always in sync with your company's hybrid work guidelines.
The Orange Indicator: Time to Take Action
When you log in to HybridHero, you might notice an orange indicator on your Dashboard. Don’t worry—this just means you haven’t yet met the minimum required in-office days for the week.
Here's what you’ll see:
Orange Blocks that represent the number of days you still need to book.
A gentle reminder to schedule your in-office days to stay compliant.
Real-Time Booking and Updates
As soon as you start booking your in-office days, your Dashboard updates instantly.
Each desk booking fills a block on your Dashboard.
The number of remaining days goes down automatically.
You’ll always know how close you are to fulfilling your weekly requirement.
The Green Indicator: You’re All Set
Once you meet the minimum required in-office days, the system rewards you with a green indicator and green blocks.
What does this mean?
You’ve fulfilled the in-office policy for the week.
You’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and clarity knowing you’re in full compliance.
