In this article, you’ll learn how to enable email and push notifications for new users in HybridHero, ensuring that they receive important updates, booking confirmations, and timely reminders right from the start.
Setting up notifications keeps users informed and improves their overall experience with the app.
Please note, only users with admin permissions will be able to access company settings to make this change.
Steps to Configure Notifications for All New Users
- Go to General Settings under Company Settings Tab
- Select Company Settings and scroll to Notification type for all new users
- Tick the Push & Email Notification and click on Save.
Once enabled, all newly added users will receive booking updates and important alerts via email and push notifications.
