What This Feature Does?
Depending on how your environment is set up, users may or may not be able to use a previous password when updating their login credentials.

How to Update Password Reuse Settings?
Here’s how to access and change this option:
- Login to your HybridHero account
- Once logged in, go to your Dashboard
- Click on the Company Settings tab
- Select General Settings
- Navigate to Password Management

You’ll see an option to allow or restrict password repeats
7. Simply tick “Yes” to allow reuse, or “No” to block it and click on Save button.
This gives you the flexibility to tailor security based on your organization’s needs.
