In HybridHero, password reset frequency is controlled by the Password Management settings under Company Settings.
Admins can configure how often passwords must be reset. The reset interval is defined in months and can be tailored to meet your organization's security requirements.
Example:
If set to 12, users will be prompted to reset their password every 12 months.Unlimited Option:
If set to 0, password resets are not enforced — users will never be automatically asked to change their passwords.
