Enforcing a minimum password requirement ensures that all user accounts meet a baseline level of security, helping to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Only users with admin permission will be able to configure this setting.
Steps to Set the Minimum Password Length
- Log in to HybridHero.
- Go to Company Settings from the left side menu.
- Navigate to General Settings.
- Click on the Password Management icon.
- Locate the field labeled “Minimum number of characters required for a password"
- Define the Minimum Length, enter the desired number of characters (e.g., 8, 10, or more).
- Click Save at the top right corner of the page to apply the updated password policy.
By configuring this setting, you enforce stronger password standards across all user accounts within your organization.
