HybridHero represents the availability of resources (workspaces, rooms, parking spaces etc.....) using a color-coded key.

The color-coded scheme on the floorplan proves particularly beneficial for quickly identifying available resources.

Red: Someone already books the resource else.

Amber: The resource is available to book subject to approval.

If someone already books the resource else for the date and time period you are viewing, it will be displayed with a red dot. To view details of the booking, you can tap/click on the icon.

Grey: The resource is unavailable and cannot be booked.

Resources may be unavailable to you because they are assigned exclusively to another team or are made inactive for social distancing or other reasons. When this is the case, they will be colored grey. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.
