Availability status explained.

Learn about the different availability status and what they mean in HybridHero’s V2 mobile app.

HybridHero represents the availability of resources (workspaces, rooms, parking spaces etc.....) using a color-coded key.

The color-coded scheme on the floorplan proves particularly beneficial for quickly identifying available resources.

Red: Someone already books the resource else.

If someone already books the resource else for the date and time period you are viewing, it will be displayed with a red dot. To view details of the booking, you can tap/click on the icon.

Green: The resource is available to book immediately.

When the dot is colored green, it signifies instant availability for you and your team, allowing for immediate booking without the need for approval. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.

Amber: The resource is available to book subject to approval.

If someone already books the resource else for the date and time period you are viewing, it will be displayed with a red dot. To view details of the booking, you can tap/click on the icon.

Grey: The resource is unavailable and cannot be booked.

Resources may be unavailable to you because they are assigned exclusively to another team or are made inactive for social distancing or other reasons. When this is the case, they will be colored grey. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.

Blue - Booked by or for me

If you have a current booking for a resource, it will be colored. To edit or delete your booking, you can tap/click on the icon.
