HybridHero makes it easy to pre-book a parking space and save time searching for a free spot. You can book a parking space from the mobile app from the Locate tab or the Book tab.
Book a parking space from the Locate tab.
Tap Locate from the navigation bar to see the floor plan for your default location.
If necessary, adjust the location, date and start/end times for the booking.
To adjust the zoom level of the floor plan, you can utilize the pinch gesture.
The availability of parking spaces, desks, and other resources is represented using a colored key system:
Green: AvailableOrange: Available by request
Red: Unavailable
Grey: Booked
Blue: Booked by me
Tap on any resource to view further details.
To make a booking, tap a location that is either Available or Available by request.
If necessary, adjust the details of the booking and click on Book to confirm.
Book a parking space from the Book tab
Tap Book from the navigation bar.
Select Parking from the dropdown list of resource types and select the required car park.
The number of available parking spaces for each day is shown in green on the calendar.
To view availability for another location or date/time, simply adjust the selections above the calendar.
To make a booking, tap the date.
If necessary, adjust the details of the booking and click on Book to confirm.
