There's a fresh addition to our front desk! We're replacing our paper sign-in book/access to building system with a guest sign-in system called HybridHero Visitor Management system.
Here are a few things you should be aware of:
路 All guests will sign in on the iPad at our front desk using Hybridhero.
路 When a guest comes to see you, Hybridhero will now send you an email instead of calling our receptionist.
路 Please come meet your visitor as soon as you receive the notification.
路 Visitors can be viewed and invited using your Hybridhero account.
路 Check your work email inbox for the sign-up instructions.
