Setting language for your team and visitors

Set your language preferences and which languages visitors may access.

In HybridHero Visitor Management, you have the flexibility to choose languages both for yourself as an admin/user and for visitors coming to your office. This article outlines the steps to set up the language preferences and support multiple languages on the kiosk.

Available Languages:

HybridHero Visitor Management currently supports 5 languages:

  • English

  • Spanish

  • French

  • Italian

  • Polish

Setting Default Language:

  1. For your iPad and notifications, the default language will be English. You can't change the language of email notifications sent to hosts, but you can offer visitors the option to change the language from the default English to another.

  2. To choose languages, follow these steps:

    • Go to HybridHero Visitor Management System > Admin login > Company settings > Available languages.

  3. To change the default language:

    • Go to HybridHero Visitor Management System > Admin login > Building settings > Default language.

Supporting Multiple Languages on the Kiosk:

  1. Visitors can sign in using different languages. When you add a language, HybridHero pushes a translated version of the sign-in flow, allowing visitors to select their preferred language from the welcome screen.

  2. To add languages, follow these steps:

    • Go to HybridHero Visitor Management System > Admin login > Company settings > Available languages.

Final Screen Language:

The final screen will remain in the default language. However, you can add your own translated message for each language you wish to support.

To customize the Check-out message for each language, follow these steps:

  • Go to HybridHero Visitor Management System > Admin login > Building settings > Check-out message.

Note: HybridHero does not automatically translate custom texts, such as welcome messages or screening questions. We recommend working with your legal team to translate and configure a version corresponding to each language, adding them through company and building settings.

By supporting multiple languages, HybridHero enhances the visitor experience, providing a seamless and welcoming sign-in process for visitors from different regions.
