A visitor has cancelled or is unable to make it to office for some reason. Admins, Facility Manager or Hosts can delete the visitor entry before check-in and create a new entry for a different date and time.
Step by Step Guide:
- Navigate to Visitors section in HybridHero after logging to app.hybridhero.com
- Check filters/location on the Visitors section
- Look for the visitors whose entry needs to be deleted (visitors who are yet to be checked-in)
- Scroll to the right to see the Delete button
- Click the Delete button against the visitor entry to delete the visitor entry
The visitor’s entry is now deleted from HybridHero.
