This article explains how to access Active Users, Desks, Meeting Rooms, and Parking Spaces under the Analytics tab in HybridHero. The Overview section brings key insights together in one place, giving you a quick snapshot of overall usage.
Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.
Step-by-Step: How to Access the Desk Utilization Section
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Go to the Analytics tab from the left menu.
- Click on the Overview section
- Apply the available filters to customize the data based on your needs. You can filter by options such as:
- Location
- Team
- Date
- In the Overview section displays the following metrics, which can also be downloaded:
- Active Users
- Active Desks
- Active Meeting Rooms
- Active Parking Spaces
- To download the report, click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of the metrics panel.
- Choose your download format: Download as CSV or Download as Excel
Reviewing the data gives you a clear picture of how resources are being used across teams and locations for better planning.
