How to Add/Edit Work History?

In this article we discuss the necessary steps to add/edit work history for a user. Users with HR Administrator permissions can manage a user's work history through the Work section under the People tab.

This article is needed to guide users on how to accurately manage and update a user's professional history within the HybridHero platform.

Step by Step guide: How to add work history

1. Log in to your HybridHero Account
2. Click on the People tab from the left-side menu.
3. Click on the Briefcase icon to open the Work section.
4. Scroll down to the Work History section.

5. Click on the '+' icon under the Work History section.

   

6. A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.
7. Fill in the work details, including title, grade, status, and department.
8. Add the position's start and end dates.
9. Click Save to add the work history entry.

This will effectively add a new work history entry for the user, providing a complete record of their career within the organization.

Step by Step guide: How to edit work history

1. Log in to your HybridHero Account
2. Click on the People tab from the left-side menu.
3. Click on the Briefcase icon to open the Work section.
4. Scroll down to the Work History section.

5. Click on the Pencil icon near the specific work history entry you wish to edit.
    

   

6. A settings panel will open on the right-hand side, pre-filled with the existing details.
7. Make the necessary changes to the Work title, grade, status, department, or dates.
8. Click Save to update the work history entry.

Once saved, the updated work history will reflect in the user's profile, maintaining an accurate record of their career path.
