This article will guide you through the necessary steps to add Managers and their Direct Reporters using the People tab. Users with HR Administrator permissions can manage reporting lines through the work section under People.
Step by Step guide: How to add a Manager
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Click on the People tab from the left-side menu.
- Click on the Briefcase icon to open the Work section.
- Scroll down to the Manager(s) section.
- Click on the ‘+’ icon under the Manager(s) section.
- A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.
- Use the search bar to type and select the name of the Manager.
- Click Save to assign them as the Manager.
This will effectively grant them the ability to view, manage, and approve actions for their direct reports within HybridHero.
Step by Step guide: How to add a Direct reporters
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- Click on the People tab from the left-side menu.
- Click on the Briefcase icon to open the Work section.
- Scroll down to the Direct Report(s) section.
- Click on the ‘+’ icon under the Direct Report(s) section.
- A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.
- Use the search bar to type and select the name of the direct reporter.
- Click Save to assign them as a Direct Report.
Once saved, the reporting lines will reflect across the system, helping maintain an accurate organizational structure in the Org Chart and reports.
