Steps to Access the Compensation and Bonuses Section:
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Click on People from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Work tab under the main menu.
- Scroll to the bottom to find the Compensation and Bonuses section.

Click the pencil icon to edit.
- A settings panel will appear on the right.
- Within this section, you can add or update the following information:
- Pay Type (e.g., salary, hourly)
- Rate: Enter the amount
- Effective Date
- Overtime eligibility

Change Reason (for tracking modifications)
- Make sure to save all changes after editing to ensure they reflect correctly in the system.
