Mobile App: Book Tab Overview

The Book tab is your central hub in the HybridHero app for reserving any resource your company makes available. It's designed to give you a quick and clear overview of what's available, from desks and meeting rooms to parking spots and more, all from a single screen.

When you first navigate to the Book tab, you are ready to book a desk by default, but the screen is packed with information to help you find the perfect spot.

Key Features of Book Tab:

1. Asset Type Selector: At the very top of the screen is a drop down menu, highlighted in the image. This is where you select the type of asset you want to book. While it defaults to Desk, your company admin may have configured other options like Room, Parking, or even options to log work from home, the office, or a client site.
2. Location Filter: Just below the asset type, you can select your desired location. This is essential for choosing the correct office building, floor, or zone for your booking.

3. Start and End Time: You can set the specific Start and End time for your booking. This helps filter the results to show only what is available during the hours you will be in the office.

   

4. The Availability Calendar: The main part of the screen is the calendar, which provides an at-a-glance view of resource availability for the entire month.

What Do the Numbers on the Calendar Mean?

You will notice green numbers under each current and upcoming date. This number is the most important piece of information on the screen.

• The green number shows the exact quantity of available assets (e.g., desks) for that particular day on the selected floor.
• In the above example image, the number 9 under Friday the 25th means there are nine available desks on that day.
• If the number is 0, it means there are no available desks to book for that day.

By using these filters and understanding the calendar, you can instantly see when and where resources are free. To make a reservation, simply tap on a date with availability to proceed.
