How to view the in-office policy adherence graph in analytics

This article will help you view the In-Office Policy Adherence graph under the Analytics section in HybridHero.
It helps monitor compliance with in-office policies, track workspace usage, and support data-driven decisions for efficient office planning.

Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section.

Step-by-Step: How to view the in-office policy adherence graph

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Go to the Analytics tab from the left menu.
3. Click on the Overview section

4. Apply the necessary filters to refine your results:

• Location
• Team
• Date

5. Scroll down to the metrics section.
6. You’ll now see a graph showing the users adhering to the in-office policy and Users outside of policy.
7. To Download click the three dots (⋮) on the top-right corner of the metrics panel.
8. Choose your preferred format:

• CSV
• Excel
• PNG
• PDF
• Google Sheets
• Print
• Email
