In this article, we’ll explore how administrators and managers can generate reports based on location and team. These reports provide insights into how different spaces and groups are utilizing the workplace supporting capacity planning, hybrid work coordination, and resource optimization.
Note: You’ll need to have either Admin or Report Viewer role assigned to access the Analytics section
Steps-by-Step guide: To Generate Reports using Location and Team selection
- Log in to your HybridHero Account
- From the left-hand menu, click on Analytics.
- Select the report type that aligns with your goal:
- Today Reports
- Overview
- Desk Utilization
- Room Utilization
- Parking Utilization and others
Note: Today reports doesn't display date range
- To select a specific location, click on the Location picker (📍) icon
- The selection can be made at the Global, Continent, Building, and Floor levels.
- Once you've chosen the desired options, click on the Select button to apply the filter.
- To select Teams, Click on the All Teams option as shown below and make the selection for team.
Once your selection is applied for location and teams, the reports will update automatically, allowing you to extract the relevant data.
Location and Team filters helps tailor the report to your specific needs, offering clear insights into how different spaces and teams are performing across your organization.
