How to View Past, Current, and Future Bookings in Floor Plan

In this article, you'll learn how to track your bookings on HybridHero's Floor Plan past, present, or future, so you can stay organized and know where you or your team are seated.

Steps to View Your Bookings Using Floor Plan

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.
2. Click on the Floor Plan tab.

3. Choose the floor from where you have made the bookings. 

   

4. Today's view is loaded by default

The system automatically displays your bookings for today.

Use the arrow icons ( < or > ) next to the date picker to navigate to:

• < Previous days (past bookings)

• > Upcoming days (future bookings)

  

5. See your bookings visually

• Your booked desk is highlighted on the floor plan.

• Details like start time, end time, and desk number appear at the bottom of the screen.

  

6. Check team information on the right

• On the right panel, under “On this floor”, you’ll find the list of teammates as well as your own bookings.
