In this Article learn how the users can book desks in advance from floorplan through Floor Plan tab in HybridHero. Booking desks ahead of time helps users secure their preferred workspace, avoid last-minute availability issues, and plan their in-office days more efficiently.
Step by Step Guide: To book Desk in Advance
- Log in to your HybridHero account.
- Click Floor Plan from the left menu
- Select the Floorplan from the Location Picker Icon in which the desk has to be booked
- The desks which are available will show on the Floor plan
- Click on the available desks and the Booking window will open on the right hand side screen
- Enter the required details such as date range, start and end time, location, and choose whether to book for yourself or on behalf of someone else in the booking window.
- Click save to confirm the booking
Note: If your book ahead setting is limited to a specific number of days, you will only be able to select dates within that range. The system will not allow you to save bookings beyond this limit.
You can always revisit the Floor Plan to view, edit, or cancel your bookings as needed.
