By default, the data privacy functionality in HybridHero is disabled. However, once enabled, visitors are required to acknowledge and consent to our data policy as part of the check-in process. Please note that this feature doesn't allow visitors to read the data policy before signing in.

Data Retention Policy: As your business evolves its data privacy policy, you have the flexibility to decide how long visitor data should be retained. You can choose to keep data for a limited time, and if required, request data purging using HybridHero. Simply contact us, and we will assist you with the data purge process.
