This comprehensive guide will walk you through the process of customizing the messages displayed to your office visitors. By using this feature, you can personalize the Welcome, Check-in, and Check-out messages, creating a more tailored experience for your visitors.

Customizing Messages:

Follow these simple steps to customize the messages in the Visitor Management app:

1. Welcome Message:

  • Step 1: Click on the Edit button next to the Welcome message.

  • Step 2: If your Building has multiple access points, select the relevant one.

  • Step 3: Edit the Welcome message in all available languages.

  • Step 4: Click on Apply to All to save your customized Welcome message.

2. Check-in Message:

  • Step 1: Click on the Edit button next to the Check-in message.

  • Step 2: If your Building has multiple access points, select the relevant one.

  • Step 3: Edit the Check-in message in all available languages.

  • Step 4: Click on Apply to All to save your customized Check-in message.

3. Check-out Message:

  • Step 1: Click on the Edit button next to the Check-out message.

  • Step 2: If your Building has multiple access points, select the relevant one.

  • Step 3: Edit the Check-out message in all available languages.

  • Step 4: Click on Apply to All to save your customized Check-out message.
