HybridHero represents the availability of resources (workspaces, rooms, parking spaces etc.....) using a colour-coded key.

The colour-coded scheme on the floorplan proves particularly beneficial for quickly identifying available resources.

Red - The resource is already booked by someone else

If the resource is already booked by someone else for the date and time period you are viewing, it will be displayed with a red dot. To view details of the booking, you can tap/click on the icon.

Green - The resource is available to book immediately

When the dot is coloured green, it signifies instant availability for you and your team, allowing for immediate booking without the need for approval. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.

Amber - The resource is available to book subject to approval

An amber dot indicates that the resource is available but belongs to another team. If you decide to request a booking for the resource, it will require approval from the manager of the owning team before the booking is confirmed. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.

Grey - The resource is unavailable and cannot be booked

Resources may be unavailable to you because they are assigned exclusively to another team or are made inactive for social distancing or other reasons. When this is the case they will be coloured grey. To view details of the resource, you can tap/click on the icon.

Blue - Booked by or for me

If you have a current booking for a resource it will be coloured. To edit or delete your booking, you can tap/click on the icon.
