Please note that the maximum desk utilization can be configured for each floor/zone in HybridHero. By default, the maximum utilization is set to 100% for all tenants. For example, if you set it to 50%, once half of the desks on/in the floor/zone are booked, users will no longer be allowed to make additional bookings.
To configure the maximum desk utilization, please follow these steps:
Go to the Locations section in the left menu.
Select the floor/zone that you want to edit.
Click on the Edit button to access the floor/zone settings.
Make the necessary changes to the maximum desk utilization.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Please note that by adjusting the maximum desk utilization, you can control the availability of desks for booking on each floor/zone.
