To delete a user's data from the system, please follow these steps:
Go to the Admin section and click on Users.
Search for the user you want to delete and select them.
Deactivate the user by clicking on the deactivate button.
4. The Delete User button will be highlighted click on it and the user will be deleted.
For bulk deletions, you can upload a CSV file with the necessary user information.
If you're deleting a team, make sure to follow these steps:
Ensure all members of the team are either assigned to a different team or unassigned. If you are not sure how to proceed, please have a look here.
Unassign all desks that are associated with the team. If you are not sure how to proceed, please check here.
Navigate to Teams, click on Edit and uncheck the Active box.
Click the delete button to finalize the deletion.
To delete a desk, follow these instructions:
Move the desk to the unassigned group/team from the Desk allocation tab. If you are not sure how to proceed, please check here.
Access the Edit option for each desk.
Make the desk inactive.
Click the bin icon next to the desk's name/code to delete it.
