In this article we will learn how to allow Check-in as it gives users the flexibility to check in before their scheduled booking time, ensuring a smoother and more convenient check-in experience.
Note: Only Admins or Facility Managers can configure early check-in time.
Steps to Allow Early Check-In
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Navigate to Location Settings.
Click the Edit button at the top-right corner.

Select the tab you want to set the configuration to:
Desk
Meeting Room
Parking Space
Scroll down, set Automatic Check-In to No (It applies only to manual check-in)
Set the Allow Early Check-In Time to define how early users can check in before the scheduled booking time.

Click Save Changes to apply the update.
Users will now be able to check in earlier based on the time window you’ve configured.
